Our Founder and Senior Consultant
The company was founded in 2013 by Senior Business Consultant Zameer Dabhad after a successful career in the corporate world. Leaving behind a successful and lucrative career was not an easy choice. But it just didn’t make sense for Zameer to remain in a career which didn’t align with his values. Zameer feels much more at home when he is helping people and solving problems in society. It was clear, the cut-throat corporate culture wasn’t going to give him the fulfilment he wanted. And so Zameer set up Improve Business Solutions. A consultancy service allowing him to do something meaningful in life and give back to society using the same expert skills on which his corporate success was based.
Notable Achievements
Zameer had graduated with a degree in Transport & Logistics Bsc (Hons) from The University of Huddersfield and immediately started successfully leading and delivering continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and change management projects in his field of expertise, Business Operations and Supply Chain.
Key achievements include improving business efficiencies, creating operational excellence, lowering operational costs, managing change and successfully delivering key strategic and operational projects within major FMCG global manufacturers and organisations such as Brakes, Greencore, Unilever and Seabrook Crisps as well as a number of well-known local family owned businesses and brands.
Having successfully worked as an approved Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS) consultant and a Business Growth Service coach you know you are in safe hands, who will understand your requirements and can create and deliver the appropriate level of business support.
